We at Sandook Collection take utmost care in delivering your orders on time. We use reliable shipping methods to ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Our shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items you purchase. We deliver throughout India, and also offer international shipping. We take pride in our packaging and ensure that your purchases are packed with care.

All Products can be sent to you, i.e. directly to the recipient address. Please ensure to mention the correct delivery address with pin code and the phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. There are no guarantees for courier shipments - we try and deliver to you as required. However in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays. Please check the number of articles received at the time of delivery and in case of missing items or any other discrepancy, please highlight via whatsapp within 24hours of receipt of the parcel. Return & Refund Policy

We offer easy returns and refunds only for products with manufacturing defects. Please raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of product delivery by WhatsApp or call at +919992555295. We will issue a refund for you only after the item has been received by us. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return/exchange.

Please note that you must return the product by arranging a courier yourself and the product must be sent to the following address: House no. 40, part 1 Sector 8, Karnal, Pin-132001, Haryana, India.

Exchange Policy

All products purchased from Sandook Collection can be exchanged subject to the following conditions:

In the event of a Sale/Special Offer; items purchased will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers can exchange their products within 48hours of the order delivery and Please note that you must exchange the product by arranging a courier yourself and the product must be sent to the following address: House no. 40, part 1 Sector 8, Karnal, Pin-132001, Haryana, India.
All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

For an order; only one exchange is allowed. Items once already exchanged are not eligible for exchange.
